Abstract:

The Stanford University Libraries subscribe to over 1,800 databases. Where do you begin your research? How can you find what you need? What databases are available and relevant for you? In this workshop, we will walk you through using some of the important databases you should know about, including xSearch, the Social Science Citation Index, Annual Reviews, Simplymap, DataPlanet, Sage researchmethods, and more. Come to this session to find out about what's new and some possible research leads for your work.
